The load bank can be set to adjust the discharge power according to performance parameters and testing requirements. The power of ABC three-phase resistive load, inductive load, and capacitive load can be independently controlled and adjusted in phases, to accurately adjust the AC resonance point under the condition of unbalanced three-phase voltage. According to the performance parameter test requirements, the corresponding power of the load bank can be set through the operation panel or remote console, and the discharge power can be set in any combination. The minimum standard power of the resistive load, inductive load, and capacitive load of the load bank is 0.01K, the step amplitude is 0.01K, and the load power is continuously adjustable, which can accurately simulate the occurrence of AC resonance and meet the detection needs of the inverter's anti-islanding protection function.
The load bank can set the discharge time, and the load will be automatically turned off when the time is up.
The digital meter displays parameter values such as voltage and current. The ABC three-phase inductive current value and the ABC three compatible current value are directly and independently displayed on the control panel, and the AC resonance point symptom is directly displayed on the panel.
The load bank machine adopts new power consumption components and has the protection function of automatically blocking overheating. Each branch of the load bank’s built-in capacitive load must be equipped with a special protection circuit module for short-circuit prevention to prevent the capacitor element from short-circuiting and burning the host during the test process. The resistive load adopts alloy resistance elements, and the resistance value thermal drift will not be caused by the heating of the resistive load element during the test process.
The load bank has various specifications and a complete series. There are pure resistive loads or resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
The built-in capacitor of the load bank adopts the UL certification standard CBB capacitor, which meets the 0.01KVAR power adjustment requirements under 220V/50Hz working conditions, and meets the long-term load test process. The capacitor impedance power will not change. The built-in inductance of the load bank adopts a magnetic circuit-type controllable load inductive load element, which meets the 0.01KVA power adjustment requirements under 220V/50Hz working conditions, and meets the long-term load test process. The inductive impedance power will not change.
