2. The door of the room where the gas generator is placed shall be directly connected to the outdoor or the emergency exit.
3. When the oil storage room is set in the gas generator, the total storage capacity shall not be more than 1.00m ³, The oil storage room shall be separated from the gas generator room by a firewall; When it is necessary to open the door on the firewall, class a fire door shall be set. The capacity of the gas generator shall meet the current national standards, and the gas generator shall be equipped with fire alarm devices and fire extinguishing facilities suitable for the capacity and building scale of the steam generator.
4. The power line in the gas generator room should be insulated, neat and have enough equipment load.
1. The room where the gas generator is placed shall be equipped with explosion-proof pressure relief facilities. The gas generator shall have good self ventilation or mechanical ventilation facilities. An explosion-proof emergency exhaust fan shall be selected for the gas generator. When mechanical ventilation facilities are set up, the mechanical ventilation device shall be equipped with a grounding device to remove static electricity, and the ventilation volume shall comply with relevant regulations.
2. Before working inside the gas generator, the pipes connecting other steam generators, such as steam, water supply, and sewage, must be reliably separated by metal blocking plates with sufficient strength.
3. Before entering the gas generator, the source of oil and gas should be reliably isolated, and ventilation must be carried out.
After a comprehensive inspection, open or close the following valves as required:
(1) Open the exhaust valve from the drum to the gas generator at the bottom of the gas generator.
(2) The network valve, steam water sampling valve, continuous blowdown valve, emergency drain valve, dosing valve, and blowdown valve of the drum steam into the gas generator.
(3) Startup the feedwater pump to supply water to the steam drum, and close the vent valve when the vent valve at the bottom of the gas generator discharges clean water. When the top drain valve of the steam drum leaks, gradually close the drain valve and conduct the hydraulic test of the steam generator and the steam drum system. After the drum pressure rises to 1.6Mpa, start the constant pressure inspection. Check for leaks everywhere. In case of leakage, the pressure shall be relieved and relevant personnel shall be contacted for treatment, and then the pressure test shall be conducted again until the pressure test is qualified.
